About The Position
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs. Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies. Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts. Work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. Driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. Managing implementation process and risks throughout the project. Ensuring adherence to best practices and optimizing performance. 25% of work time may involve domestic travel to carry out job duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of post baccalaureate progressive experience in job offered or as a Developer, or Engineer or in related occupation.
- Architect cloud infrastructure solutions using computer, storage, database, networking, and security services.
- Supporting large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Design enterprise contact center solutions using Amazon Connect including omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
- Implement Natural language understanding conversational AI using Lex framework.
- Experience with programming languages including python, SQL and bash
- Troubleshooting systemic problems in a Windows, Linux, or Unix based environment
