Requirements

Strong understanding of electrical systems , including wiring, sensors and control panels.
Hands-on experience with machine setup, diagnostics, or automation equipment .
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as needed. (60% of the time)
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of software configuration , databases (SQL) , or manufacturing software systems .
Experience with AutoCount or other shop floor data collection systems .
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC).

Responsibilities

Perform installation, configuration, and testing of AutoCount hardware and software on customer sites.
Connect and integrate AutoCount with production equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and communication between systems.
Conduct electrical setup and troubleshooting , including wiring, sensors, and machine interfaces.
Collaborate with software consultants and project managers to ensure successful implementation according to project timelines.
Provide end-user training and support during go-live and post-implementation phases.
Document all installation steps, configurations, and customer-specific setups.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues during and after deployment.
