About The Position
We are seeking a career-minded Server to join our elite front-of-house team. You will be responsible for orchestrating a seamless dining experience, combining technical precision with warm, intuitive hospitality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment.
- A strong foundation in wine, craft cocktails, and global cuisine.
- A polished professional presence and the ability to remain calm and gracious under high-volume pressure.
- Must be available for Evenings/Weekends/Holidays.
- Current BASSET/Food Handler certifications required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.
- Confidently provide pairing recommendations and perform professional cocktail service.
- Execute steps of service with "invisible" efficiency—managing pacing and table maintenance without disrupting the guest’s flow.
- Utilize POS Systems for precise order entry and payment processing.
