About The Position

Rusty Rail Brewing Company is seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused individual to join our events team. This role supports both serving and bartending functions for a wide variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations. This position requires flexibility for both daytime and evening shifts , with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional guest experiences and seamless event execution.

Requirements

Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, polished, and guest-first attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Availability for both daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, professional service to guests during events
Execute food and beverage service, including buffet, plated, and passed service
Bartend events when needed, including preparing and serving beer, wine, and cocktails
Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, décor, stations, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout service
Work collaboratively with the events team, kitchen staff, and management
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Uphold Rusty Rail's standards of hospitality and brand representation
