About The Position

The Professional Personnel Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for Sun Broadcasting Company personnel. This role supports company operations by ensuring employees, talent, and guests are transported to and from stations, events, meetings, and other business-related activities in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Valid Florida driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Prior professional driving or transportation experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of local roadways and traffic patterns.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Prior professional driving or transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely transport personnel using company vehicles for scheduled events, station functions, community appearances, and business needs.
Maintain punctuality and follow all assigned routes and schedules.
Provide courteous, customer-focused service while representing Sun Broadcasting Company professionally.
Inspect, clean, and maintain company vehicles; report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
Assist with loading and unloading materials or equipment when required.
Maintain detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
Comply with all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety procedures.
Communicate and coordinate with managers, talent, and event staff regarding pick-up and drop-off times.
Support other transport, Brand Ambassador/Promotions Assistant, or operations-related duties as assigned.
