Requirements
- Proven experience in handyman or similar roles.
- Unwavering attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Equally can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills are an absolute must.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation and setup of manufactured homes.
- Complete inspections as needed for the home project.
- Completing interior tasks to ensure homes are move-in ready.
- Handling exterior tasks to enhance the curb appeal and functionality of homes.
