Job Summary: Handle home repair, maintenance, remodeling is these areas: General Carpentry - Rough and Finish Painting Interior and Exterior Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge Flooring Repair and Installation Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work All candidates should be confident in the following areas: Great customer service and client relations Knowledge of Building Codes Material management Deliver quotes to customers in a timely fashion. Perform all work to the highest of quality.
Requirements
- Excellent experience in a variety of home trades
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass screening process which includes a background check
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
