Light fixture swaps, hardware installs, basic electrical work
Caulking, sealing, door adjustments, installing new doors
Basic plumbing repairs/ maintenance
Hanging TVs, shelves, art, blinds
Exterior/seasonal home upkeep tasks
Keeping job sites clean and organized
