As a Handyman, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and modifications in our customers' homes and businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our customers projects. All you need to start are your tools and your knowledge. We supply the van and the gas to get from your home to your job daily.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques
- Proficient in working with tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Reside in Northern Virginia area (preferably within our serve territory)
- Fluent English (Required)
Nice To Haves
- 15+ years in Construction (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and installations
- Repair and maintain doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Install and repair drywall and plaster
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Perform general carpentry work, including framing and finishing
- Assist other team members as necessary to complete projects
- Write, present, and sell your own estimates
