As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias or irregular heartbeats. The Professional Education & Physician Relations Manager leads the US strategy, development, and execution of physician education and engagement initiatives that directly support and advance business objectives. This role oversees the design and delivery of all professional education programs, including training programs, physician and employee preceptorships and proctorships and other relevant education and speaker programs. The Manager is responsible for cultivating, strengthening, and optimizing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and physician faculty to support education, training, and broader CRM organization strategies. In addition, this role ensures all healthcare professional (HCP) interactions — including consulting agreements, payments, and engagement processes — meet all applicable regulatory, legal, and industry compliance standards. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with US and Global Sales, Marketing, Events, Clinical, R&D, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver impactful, compliant, and high-quality education across the organization.
