Professional Dog Walker – Weekdays (U-District)
About The Position
Love animals—but also value structure, communication, and being part of a team? Keep reading. The Pet Care Club of Seattle is hiring a Professional Dog Walker to support our U-District services. We’re seeking candidates who take pride in showing up on time, following instructions, and building trust with clients and pets. This is a W-2 employee position, not a gig or on-demand app role. Availability Requirements Monday, Wednesday, Friday Must be available during midday hours (10am–3pm is our highest demand) Routes are concentrated in the U-District and surrounding areas and are built with efficiency in mind. This is a driving-based role; a reliable car is required
Requirements
- Highly dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team
- Confident using mobile apps and email
- Calm, patient, and experienced with animals (personal experience counts, too!)
- Professional and respectful in client homes
- A reliable car is required
Responsibilities
- Dog walking and pet care visits during weekdays
- Safe handling of pets with varying personalities
- Accurate completion of visit notes and photos
- Daily schedule management and communication
Benefits
- $21.50–$25.00 per hour
