About The Position

The Cross Practices Organization: The Cross Practices organization serves as the strategic backbone of Americas Services Delivery. It is responsible for defining and supporting the overarching framework that empowers our delivery practices - and ultimately, Adobe’s customers - to succeed. The team drives strategy, governance, and quality assurance across all Americas Services Delivery solutions, while establishing best practices and processes for emerging service offerings. Comprised of three specialized teams - Customer Solutions & Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Project Quality & Risk Management - Cross Practices is united by a singular goal: to shape the Americas Services Delivery strategy, enabling greater agility and accelerating consistent, high-quality value realization for our customers through delivery excellence. Role Summary: The Professional Development Enablement Creator will play a critical role within the Customer Solutions & Innovation Team and focuses on designing, developing, and curating educational content, training materials, and resources to improve employee performance and professional growth. This role typically acts as a bridge between subject matter experts (SMEs) and the workforce, turning complex information into engaging, actionable, and scalable learning experiences, often using tools like Learning Management Systems (LMS), video, and interactive modules. The Professional Development Enablement Creator must be a proactive problem-solver with strong customer-first thinking, attention to detail, understanding program management and an eye for user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Change Management, Organizational Design, Communications, Marketing, Education, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in video editing or content creation, particularly in a corporate or educational setting and preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficiency in e-learning software, learning management systems and video creation tools.
  • A portfolio demonstrating excellence in diverse content creation, editing styles and, ideally, education content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain continuity, pacing, and visual storytelling standards.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, agile team environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a customer-centric or customer solutions environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience with technical delivery of the Adobe Digital Experience product suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Development: Design, write, and produce training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, job aids, playbooks, and self-service resources.
  • Strategy Execution: Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs and individual contributors to execute leadership vision & strategy and create role-specific learning paths.
  • Content Management & Design: Owning the content management for enablement resources and design for easy navigation for end user.
  • Curriculum & Asset Management: Maintain a centralized repository of training materials (LMS), ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily searchable.
  • Impact Analysis: Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of training initiatives through data, analytics, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding & Development: Develop and maintain structured onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires.
