Requirements

• Licensed Social Worker
• Bachelor’s degree in social work with a valid Ohio LSW
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
• Good communication skills with both patients and coworkers
• Outstanding reading, writing and organization skills
• Detail-oriented personality
• Sense of responsibility and compassion
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to help determine the cause of unusual allergic reactions

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field is preferred.
• LPCC, MFT, LISW, or IMFT is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops a therapeutic relationship with each client
• Provides individual, group or family therapy as needed
• Provide CPST and minor case management functions if needed
• Completes all paperwork required by the agency within designated time frames
