Intake Assessor (LISW, LSW, LPC, or LPCC)
About The Position
Leora is currently recruiting an Intake Assessor for our Columbus, OH location. Leora’s Mission is to provide an intensive and immersive journey for sustained recovery and mental health, delivered in an outpatient setting, offering a full array of treatment options. At Leora, our goal is to reignite the inner light of hope and happiness for individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental illness. COME JOIN OUR TEAM! As an Intake Assessor at Leora you will have the opportunity to: Schedule and conduct intake appointments, follow-up calls, track calls, assessments, and admissions. Handle public and professional inquiries. Coordinate and communicate with patients, families, and referral sources on a daily basis. Work in a team setting, as well as on an individual basis. Work Monday-Friday, Day Shift, 8 Hour Days.
Requirements
- LISW, LSW, LPC, or LPCC
- At least one-year previous experience in a Behavioral Health setting
- Experience in Behavioral Health assessment and/or treatment
