About The Position

You have the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, and you also have an understanding of the Healthcare Industry. You have found the right team! As an Onboarding Analyst within the Healthcare Payments team at JPMorgan Chase, you will manage onboarding queues for Healthcare Payments customers while maintaining documentation. You will also configure and ensure accuracy of account setup with solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Your ability to adapt and provide support across different functions will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. JPMorgan Healthcare Payments is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and services business within JPMorgan Payments that has established itself as a leader in the emerging market of healthcare payments. Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the Healthcare Industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills in managing timelines of multiple tasks.
  • Ability to rapidly learn InstaMed's platform and solutions.
  • Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare technology experience preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding queues for Healthcare Payments customers.

  • Maintain documentation in Customer Relationship Management platform.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments and partners as needed.

  • Participate in initiatives as needed to support customer onboarding and process improvements.
  • Assist in testing new software releases.
