Our production teams are involved throughout the process of creating our quality product. From the beginning of the process until the finished product each one of our production workers is an important part of the entire process.

Requirements

Must be capable of working safely, following all safety rules and protocol.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced high production setting.
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
Use lifting hoists as required.
Must be able to work as a team.
Must be able to work overtime when needed.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Must have the ability to be certified to operate a forklift.
Mechanically inclined.
Ability to read and follow blue prints.
Ability to measure accurately.
Use of hand and power tools.
Basic math skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Prefer 2 + years of Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Department Supervisor.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with venders, co-workers and management.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Other duties as needed
