SUMMARY Responsible for all activities associated with stacking the equipment and helping the operators including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations.

Requirements

Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED.
Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to apply concepts of high school math.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.

Nice To Haves

Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.
6 months’ experience as a Bundler.

Responsibilities

Read and follow instructions on factory masters.
Set-up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end of machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques.
Secure proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags for production runs.
Stack finished boxes in accordance with factory master.
Ensure each unit has proper top and bottom cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags.
Monitor quality of boxes and report quality issues to the correct personnel.
Assist team members as needed
Ensure correct bundle and unit counts.
Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
