PURPOSE To manufacture, transformers, coils, and inductors according to Customer specifications and Standex Rockledge standards.
Responsibilities
- Wind wire with the appropriate number of turns according to customer specifications
- Apply flux to solder points as per manufacturing instructions
- Solder pins/leads in solder pot per Standex Rockledge manufacturing procedures by dipping/dragging the pins into the solder pots
- Assemble transformer according to manufacturing instructions
- Test transformer for conformance
- Follows policies and procedures utilized by the Company and Department to ensure the efficient running of the department and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
