About The Position

We are currently seeking Production Workers for our Monaca Operations. This role
will be working in our world-class rolling and finishing operations for the
Specialty Rolled Products business unit. ATI Production Workers are vital to our
success and play a key role in meeting company goals and objectives. Successful
Production Workers ensure that production requirements and standards are met
consistently and are able to identify opportunities to enhance production
efficiencies without compromising quality. Workplace safety is a core value and
production workers play a vital role in our safe operation and processes.

As a Production Worker you must be willing to work multiple shifts, weekends,
and overtime in our heavy industrial environment. Applicants must pass written
tests to verify reading & math skills and electrical & mechanical aptitude.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a transferrable industry with transferrable skills.
• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension. Ability to read instructions, do basic math and perform simple measurements is critical.
• Ability and willingness to operate and/or maintain a variety of operating units,
• Work shifts, weekends, and overtime in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member.
• Reading, math & problem-solving skills with electrical or mechanical aptitude.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Vo-Tech Certificate or associate degree in electrical, mechanical or other related curriculum

Responsibilities

• Operate both small and large mobile equipment
• Operate cranes using a remote radio control box or in an overhead cab
• Work with a team in the various facilities to produce world class plate products. Some tasks require routine interaction with computer interfaces.
• Assist and support routine maintenance activities
