Our food production/packaging professionals are important members of our team. They create and assemble fresh & frozen food options for our customers nationwide. You are a key player in helping us achieve operational and quality goals while ensuring safety standards are maintained. For almost 30 years, Great Northern Baking Company has been a small, made-from-scratch bakery in NE Minneapolis. We take great pride in providing the best value in wholesale and retail packaged baked goods while delivering great quality whole grain products. All of our products are tested by our in-house research and development team, led by nationally recognized Pastry Chef Michelle Gayer, as well as shared with groups around the community to get real, honest feedback. We test recipes, source the highest quality ingredients, measure consistency in our baking process and have high standards for food safety. Ultimately, we can take care of our customers.

Requirements

• Background check required
• Able to follow oral and written directions
• Able to lift up to 50 LBS
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Punctual and dependable
• Self-starter that can work independently
