We are looking to fill all shift positions in our Canonsburg, PA plant. Company-wide training occurs every day at Ritchey Metals and our employees drive the program. Successful candidates must be fully committed to engaging in safe working practices, driven to learn new processes and procedures, and can work as part of a team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals. Requirements

Be available to work your assigned shift
Ability to obtain a Forklift License (must be earned through Ritchey Metals)
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with few errors
Be able to apply problem-solving and common sense to various situations
Be detail-oriented
Be able to manage multiple priorities
Continue to seek out ways to improve
Train others in a safe and productive manner
THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO LIFT AND/OR MOVE 100 POUNDS, REGULARLY EXPOSED TO OUTSIDE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND EXTREME HEAT AND VIBRATION

Responsibilities

Lead by example using the Ritchey Metals Mission, Values, Vision and Purpose
Be available to work your assigned shift
Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment in the dock, plant and break room areas. This will include sweeping the floors periodically.
