We are looking to fill positions in our Scenery Hill, PA plant. Company wide training occurs every day at Ritchey Metals and our employees drive the program. We have defined training career paths with opportunities for promotions and raises while only working 7 days in a 2-week span. All orientation is conducted at our HR location in Canonsburg, PA. Training will begin on your next scheduled shift. The opportunity to succeed is in your hands. This means a significant amount of time off per year equaling 180 days off a year. All orientation is conducted at our HR location in Canonsburg, PA. Training will begin on your next scheduled shift.

- THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO LIFT AND/OR MOVE 100 POUNDS, REGULARLY EXPOSED TO OUTSIDE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND EXTREME HEAT AND VIBRATION.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining a clean work environment in the dock, plant and break room areas. This will include sweeping the floor periodically.
