About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production processes, ensuring that our products are fabricated and delivered to meet our high-quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, ability to work collaboratively in a small team, being physically fit with the ability to undertake repetitive light aerobic movements such as pulling/dragging, lifting, and folding of heavy industrial textile fabrics. The role is full-time - 40hrs per week.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast paced, labour intensive and “hands on” manual work environment.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Physical stamina for standing, bending, kneeling, twisting and dragging fabric.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent/high-quality work.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with work colleagues.
Experience in a similar environment (labouring type role) would be an advantage.

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist with the production of our industrial water tank liners.
Operate various cutting and hot air/wedge welding machinery.
Handle large cloths of fabric through various production processes.
Work closely within a small team "4-6 staff" to maintain a smooth workflow.
Perform and record quality checks on finished products/processes to ensure they meet company standards.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area within the factory.
Being reliable and a strong ability to follow instructions from our Team Lead/Manager.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Meet daily/weekly production targets.
Ability to work rotating shifts "Day/Afternoon".
