About The Position

Responsible for receiving materials from vendors, put away, label and stock material, keep all areas clean and organized. The primary function is to prepare material and assembler products according to the style of the order. Responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, handling, and preparation of vinyl products within a warehouse environment. This role involves operating basic production equipment, cutting and handling vinyl materials, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred (vinyl or manufacturing experience a plus)
• Ability to read measurements and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and quality
• Time management and reliability
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
• Measurement knowledge and measurements notations
• Basic Knowledge of tools

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment used for cutting, rolling, laminating, or preparing vinyl materials
• Measure, cut, and inspect vinyl products according to work orders and specifications
• Load and unload vinyl rolls and finished goods safely
• Package, label, and prepare vinyl products for shipping or storage
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records as required
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of tools and materials
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with general warehouse tasks such as picking, staging, and organizing materials
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
• Takes Direction from Group Leader
• Fill out non-production sheet
