This role focuses on assisting with production tasks, preparing materials, and supporting daily shop operations. No prior fabrication or welding experience is required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Prior work experience (construction, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working with tools and in a production setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and perform physical work throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Assist with cutting, bending, and preparing materials for production
- Operate basic shop equipment and hand tools
- Follow work orders and support daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support team members with general shop tasks
