About The Position

As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations and report directly to the Department Supervisor. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our thermoformed and flexible packaging products.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience (Required)

Nice To Haves

• You have previous manufacturing experience and/or formal training
• You can properly read a tape measure
• You can read and comprehend standard work instructions, perform basic math, and take accurate measurements
• You have a strong attendance and punctuality record
• You’re an individual who wants to grow and advance within a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and multiple departments to complete basic manufacturing tasks
• Operate production machinery and equipment; retrieve and pack product into boxes
• Make basic process adjustments to ensure quality output
• Monitor and report product quality in accordance with company standards
• Use critical thinking and troubleshooting skills when setting up new jobs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Support additional departments as needed
