FLSA Status: Non-exempt Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Requirements

3-5 years of Tape and texture experience in residential building
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a strong work ethic
Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
Must understand safety procedures
Must have good teamwork skills
Must live the Champion Operating Principles
Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.
