We're looking for dependable, hard-working Production Workers to join our team and keep orders moving.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Worker, you'll support the flow of steel through our facility—from raw sheets to finished parts. You’ll work hands-on with machinery, prep materials, read job orders, and help ensure everything ships out right the first time. This role is active, fast-paced, and vital to keeping customers satisfied.

Requirements

• Ability to read work orders and instructions in English
• Clear verbal communication in English
• Follow safety rules and company policies
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Comfort with physical tasks: bending, climbing, walking, lifting
• Good attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities

• Clearing tables from laser machines using hammers or mallets
• Grinding edges and cleaning parts as needed
• Reading and following order details in English
• Verifying part quality and completing related paperwork
• Counting and organizing parts for packaging or shipping
• Preparing materials in advance to maintain steady workflow
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
