About The Position
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Worker II candidates to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, physically capable, and team-oriented, while maintaining quality and safety standards. The Production Worker II plays an important role in supporting production tasks, material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Ability to meet physical demands, including prolonged standing and lifting
- Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned production and manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety policies and properly use required PPE
- Stand, walk, stoop, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Work on concrete surfaces for 8–12 hour shifts
- Tolerate extreme temperatures common in manufacturing environments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
