About The Position

The Production Worker I performs basic production tasks, such as line monitoring, packaging, labeling, and minor machine operations. This entry-level position supports overall production efficiency while ensuring quality and safety standards are followed. Essential Functions: Monitor basic machine functions and report abnormalities. Apply labels and lot numbers to finished goods. Inspect and remove defective products or materials. Package, stack, and stage finished goods for transport. Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Record production counts and report rejected items. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction).
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 months of production or warehouse experience.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
