About The Position

The Production Worker I performs basic production tasks, such as line monitoring, packaging, labeling, and minor machine operations. This entry-level position supports overall production efficiency while ensuring quality and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction).
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3 months of production or warehouse experience.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor basic machine functions and report abnormalities.
• Apply labels and lot numbers to finished goods.
• Inspect and remove defective products or materials.
• Package, stack, and stage finished goods for transport.
• Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Record production counts and report rejected items.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
