About The Position

Under the general direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker I (Assembler) supports the blow molding production team by ensuring products are manufactured according to specifications. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently assembling plastic products to meet quality standards while adhering to established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, with a strong record of hazard identification and effective risk control practices.
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate information clearly in a production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a sense of urgency and excellent time‑management skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to tolerate repetitive motions for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
  • The ability to stand for at least 8 - 12 hours on a concrete surface is required.
  • Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures.

Nice To Haves

  • Six to twelve months of prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive parts from production machinery and perform all required assembly tasks for finished products throughout the manufacturing area.
  • Rotate through all general assembly functions involved in the blow‑molding process, ensuring all products meet minimum quality standards.
  • Inspect parts and finished products—primarily through visual checks—to verify conformance to established quality requirements.
  • Immediately report any non‑conforming product to the Production Lead or Supervisor.
  • Participate in sorting and reworking non‑conforming product as needed to maintain production quality.
  • Perform basic testing, verification, and packaging of spouts and other components.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work area by following 5S principles (Sory, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and all plant safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties assigned to support production operations.
