About The Position

Under general direction from the Production Supervisor, Production Worker I is responsible for working as part of the blow molding production team to ensure products are manufactured based on
specifications. This role assembles plastic products safely and efficiently to produce high quality products, adhering to set standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be very safety-conscious with a record of Hazard Identification and Risk Control
• Must be able to read and communicate verbally
• Must have strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and excellent time management skills
• Proven interpersonal skills and team-oriented, with the ability to work in a diverse workplace
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6 to 12 months manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Receive parts from machinery and complete assembly duties on all finished products throughout the production environment
• Rotate through all general assembly tasks required in the blow molding process, ensuring product meets the minimum product quality standards
• Examine all parts and products to verify conformance to quality standards, including visual inspection
• Report any non-conforming product to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Participate in sort and rework of non-conformance product as necessary
• Perform basic testing and packaging on spouts and other components
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment following our 5S standards, and ensure safety throughout the plant
• Perform other duties as required
