Requirements

Ability to read and understand verbal and written English instructions
Attention to detail
18 years of age or older
Ability to work with pork, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs
Minimum one year of manufacturing experience required

Nice To Haves

Food manufacturing experience desired
Machine operating experience desired

Responsibilities

Set up machines
Operate machines in a safe manner
Ensure machine is operating as efficiently as possible
Troubleshoot machinery as necessary to minimize downtime
Tear down the machinery properly and as necessary
Understand the pre op process of various areas and complete as necessary
Manage changeover process for assigned area
Perform basic maintenance duties on machinery
Properly dispose of all garbage, food waste, and recycling throughout the shift and document waste
Complete all required paperwork legibly, accurately, and in a timely manner
Work together as a team and cooperate with other employees
Assist in other areas as necessary
Communicate issues and ideas with line lead or supervisor
Fill in on other machines as necessary
