Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS/Android applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with standard warehouse procedures, work instructions, and best practices.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technology and software.
  • Strong visual acuity for detailed inspection and computer-based work.
  • Set up and maintain High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) paint systems.
  • Ability to independently lift and move up to 45 pounds during a shift.
  • Ability to push/pull carts loaded with heavy equipment.
  • Frequent movement throughout warehouse and ability to reach, extend, and handle materials as needed.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Adaptability to changing operational needs and priorities.
  • Capable of performing effectively under deadlines and productivity quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-train and perform core functions across many Operations departments to maintain workflow balance
  • Inbound: Receive, Evaluation, & Test (Automated and Manual)
  • Value Added Services: Cosmetic refurbishing & restoration, Functional repair
  • Outbound: Inventory Control & Order Processing (Product storage, Pick, Pack, Ship)
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of departmental processes and procedures.
  • Act as a communication bridge between operations teams and internal partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals.
  • Champion innovation and best practices.
  • Help foster a culture of positivity, adaptability, and forward-thinking solutions.
