About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Production Trainee to join our team at our Gentry, AR location. This position will report to the Production Supervisor. As a Production Trainee, you will play an important role on our high-speed production line, ensuring the efficient and precise packaging of our snack cakes. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the packaging and inspection of finished food products that may include: Packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping Placing wrapped snack cakes into cartons Filling cases with cartons of snack cakes Arranging cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patterns Monitoring production processes to meet quality and productivity targets Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise Following production schedules and meeting production quotas Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area
