About The Position
Join A-1 Industries’ Production Training Program to gain hands-on experience building Roof Trusses, Floor Trusses, and EZWALL® Framing Solutions. We’re looking for team members who demonstrate core values of Own It, Passion, Honesty, and Respect while supporting a safe, productive workplace.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be fluent in English or Spanish
Nice To Haves
- Construction, Carpentry, and General Labor experience preferred, but not required-Training program offered.
- High School graduate preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Table Leader with assembling roof trusses
- Lift, carry, and position lumber and materials
- Cut, fit, plate, and clamp components
- Label and stack finished products
- Operate hand tools (e.g., hammers) and basic machinery
- Perform other duties as assigned
