About The Position

As a Production Technician specializing in EMI Filters, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will work closely with our production supervisor on various tasks, including assembly, testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting of EMI filters.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma/GED is required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting and testing electronic components, preferably in RF Tuning

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to understand and work with electronic circuitry.
• Diagnose and rectify malfunctions in circuitry and system structures, contributing to seamless operations.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and fellow professionals on technical tasks, fostering a team-oriented work environment.
• Conduct quality checks and meticulously document actions by completing quality forms, ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards.
• Prepare work tasks by studying parts lists, gathering necessary parts, assemblies, tools, and materials.
• Position parts and assemblies on PCBs, utilizing templates, reading measurements, and demonstrating proficiency with a soldering iron.
• Verify specifications by testing completed components, ensuring they meet required standards.
• Resolve assembly issues by making dimensional adjustments as needed and promptly notifying supervisors for additional support.
