Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting Operations and Engineers.
  • Familiar operating Radio frequency test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, ability to instruct others on proper calibration techniques, etc.
  • Experienced working in manual and automated test equipment.
  • Ability to trouble shoot product issues and test results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office tools (Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to work long hours (if needed).
  • Due to ITAR regulations, only candidates who are U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Support Test and Product Engineers in instrumentation, providing data, setup and logging events.
  • Performs calibration, testing, troubleshooting of circuits, instruments and ability to think for corrective maintenance.
  • Perform product evaluation and troubleshoot to solve issues.
  • To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Document and report issues observed during testing or inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • To complete projects, train, mentor and guide junior technicians.
  • Participate in creation of documentation such as work instructions or modify existing ones and material lists.
  • Other duties as assigned
