Shift: The regular hours for this position are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday from 5:00pm to 5:30am. You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift. Job Description: The Production Test Technician II performs advanced electrical and RF testing in support of probe test products. This role is responsible for high-frequency response testing, RF profiling, and tester operation for core and custom PCB products. The technician serves as a subject matter expert in testing processes, supports production priorities, drives yield and output improvements, and trains other technicians on test methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

Perform high-frequency response testing for probe test products, including testing cores and custom PCB board designs and configurations.
Conduct RF response profiling for core and PCB products, including inductance measurement, frequency response analysis, reflectance, and length matching.
Integrate and validate electronic components as part of the testing process.
Perform all technical duties of Production Test Technician I and II as required to support production needs.
Attain expert-level proficiency with test systems and serve as a trainer and mentor for other technicians on testing processes and methodologies.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase throughput, improve yield, and enhance overall test efficiency.
Manage prioritization and execution of testing activities to maximize output based on product runs, test processes, and customer or internal due dates.
Monitor quality metrics within test areas and proactively address assembly quality issues, trends, and recurring defects.
Read and interpret assembly documentation, including Bills of Material (BOMs), schematics, and detailed assembly instructions.
Perform basic mathematical calculations, including tolerance stack-up summations, to support testing and analysis.
Collect, organize, analyze, and evaluate Statistical Process Control (SPC) data to support quality and process stability.
Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized test and measurement equipment according to documented procedures.
Safely handle chemicals such as solvents and adhesives in compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and environmental requirements.
