Requirements

  • Familiarity with testing LRUs/SRUs using various equipment such as environmental chambers, testers, vibe equipments, etc.
  • Be experienced with evaluation/troubleshooting test failures using diagnostic methods and tools
  • Adherence to quality procedures within the Product Test organization
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a Master's degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of digital/RF circuitry
  • Knowledge of circuitry equipment: Oscilloscope, digital multimeter, high frequency measurements, testing, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, perform root cause analysis down to component level
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Performing top-level and subassembly testing activities.
  • Conducting tester certification and calibration.
  • Troubleshooting test failures for production and field return assets.
  • Performing acceptance testing in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Populating test logs and data sheets.
  • Compiling As-Built Lists (ABL).
  • Generating Quality Notifications for hardware deficiencies.
  • Documenting issues with Special Test Equipment (STE).
