What You’ll Do Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Leads to drive restoration projects from start to finish. Load gear, tools, and supplies with precision and care. Follow all safety and risk protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Prep work zones and carry out demolition, cleanup, drying, moisture checks, and material removal. Coordinate with your team to ensure efficiency throughout each project. Wrap up each job with thorough cleanup and breakdown of tools and equipment. Keep our warehouse, office, and grounds shipshape through regular maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all gear and vehicles. Embrace ongoing training and development to elevate your restoration expertise. What You Bring A solid work ethic, honesty, and accountability. Good communication skills—you talk with the team, not at them. A High School diploma/GED. Restoration, construction, or related experience—definitely a plus but not required. IICRC certifications? Even better! A valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call shifts. Physical readiness for activity: think moving up to 100 lbs (with help), climbing ladders, working in attics/ tight spaces, working with your hands, and handling repetitive tasks. Schedule Full-time, between the hours of 7AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), minimum 40hrs/week. Expect evenings, occasional weekends, and local travel—with occasional out-of-area work. Physical Demands Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional up to 100 lbs (assisted), working overhead, in confined spaces, utilizing SERVPRO Solvents, hand tools and on feet all day.
