About The Position

Job Overview - what you could be doing: Responsible for a glue machine and hand assembly of custom binders Sewing materials to create bound books Quality control (QC) to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate Initial training program and future training in other production processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent hand eye coordination
• Ability to work with different measuring devices (e.g. rulers)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours per shift)
• Self-starter and desire to learn new processes
• Interest in long term employment and takes pride in their work
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
• You have to be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
