About The Position

In this entry-level role, you will operate production equipment, apply adhesives, and assist with vinyl and fabrication tasks to help create high-quality signage. You will also support packaging and shipping, maintain a clean workplace, and contribute to a smooth production workflow. Shift: Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods. Your work ensures that every sign leaving our facility meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship, directly influencing customer satisfaction and brand reputation. By collaborating with your team and taking initiative, you will help streamline operations and reduce production delays. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to reliable and efficient workplace. As you grow in the role, you will help strengthen our culture and excellence and teamwork.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read technical drawings and tape measurements accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Technical training or coursework in production or mechanical operations is a plus.
Prior experience in production, warehouse, or signage environment, preferred.
On-the-job training provided for candidates with mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Caldera software.
Basic machine operation and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up production equipment and apply adhesives per SOPs.
Operate saws, drills, and other hand tools to safely build signage components.
Perform vinyl tasks including plotting, weeding, and application.
Assist with fabrication tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembling signage.
Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout production.
Build crates and package signage for shipping.
