Perricone Farms is seeking Seasonal Production Technician 1 to join our production team. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for hands-on seasonal work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. As a Production Technician 1, you will rotate through key production areas, including fruit grading, drumming/filling, blending, and sanitation. Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour Shift / Hours: 3rd Shift; Monday - Friday @11:00pm to 7:30am, possible Saturday (If needed)) Seasonal: January thru June, with a possibility to come back in the fall / winter

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 months of related experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to rotate between various production roles

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Filling and emptying 55-gallon drums
  • Grading and sorting fruit according to quality standards
  • Assembling, packing, and stacking product boxes
  • Wrapping pallets for shipment
  • Operating and monitoring production machinery
  • Assisting in blending operations
  • Labeling products accurately
  • Setting up the production line with materials and supplies
  • Maintaining clean and sanitary work areas
  • Logging daily production activities
  • Monitoring equipment and reporting issues to the supervisor
  • Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Notify supervisors of any irregularities or equipment concerns
  • Comply with all OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF requirements
  • Support ongoing efforts in food safety, quality assurance, and non-GMO compliance
  • Participate in audits and the annual review of the Food Safety Management System
