Perricone Farms is seeking Seasonal Production Technician 1 to join our production team. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for hands-on seasonal work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. As a Production Technician 1, you will rotate through key production areas, including fruit grading, drumming/filling, blending, and sanitation. Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate depending on the shift Shift / Hours: 3rd Shift; Monday - Friday @11:00am to 7:30am, possible Saturday (If needed)) Seasonal: November to January, with a possibility to come back in Summer
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of related experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to rotate between various production roles

Responsibilities
- Filling and emptying 55-gallon drums
- Grading and sorting fruit according to quality standards
- Assembling, packing, and stacking product boxes
- Wrapping pallets for shipment
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Assisting in blending operations
- Labeling products accurately
- Setting up the production line with materials and supplies
- Maintaining clean and sanitary work areas
- Logging daily production activities
- Monitoring equipment and reporting issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Notify supervisors of any irregularities or equipment concerns
- Comply with all OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF requirements
- Support ongoing efforts in food safety, quality assurance, and non-GMO compliance
- Participate in audits and the annual review of the Food Safety Management System
