About The Position
As a Production Team Member, you’ll be assisting and supporting the efforts to build and finish products to customer specifications while inspecting the product for quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Basic understanding of door parts, millwork, and woodworking
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a small team to accomplish tasks
- Able to lift 75-100 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Woodworking or hand tools experience (preferred)
- Manufacturing experience ((preferred)
Responsibilities
- Pulling the appropriate parts and hardware for the completion of product
- Assisting in the building and/or finishing of products based on customer specifications
- Assisting with clean up and basic maintenance of work area
