We are looking for motivated individuals to join our full-time Production Team Members on the second shift, where every associate is valued and essential, and leadership supports learning and advancement. No prior experience is required as we provide training for success.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
HS Diploma/GED required
Eligible to work in the United States (We are an E-Verify participant)
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
Basic knowledge of measurements
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work as a part of a team

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the metric system a plus!
Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Handling and preparing materials (moving, cutting, inspecting, packing)
Supporting machine operation and workflow
Learning blueprint reading and gaining the skills needed to operate RF equipment independently
Maintaining a safe work environment by following all established safety procedures
