Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesStarting Rate of Pay: $16.50/hour

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for an 8-12-hour shift
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be willing and able to rotate between job assignments
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
• Must be available to work any shift as assigned
• Attendance is mandatory and must be on time for work
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed
• Must practice good housekeeping
• Must be flexible and willing to perform any task assigned by Supervisor
• Must be able to pass required safety tests
• Must have the ability to get along with others in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Operate Machines
• Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
• Record all defects and scrap
• Record pieces produced
• Complete all required paperwork
• Housekeeping
• Practice safety at all times
• Perform special instructions/request as determined by the Supervisor
• Assemble components
• Visually inspect all components to detect non-conference
• Utilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
• Complete production and quality reports daily to maintain an accurate inventory
• Perform 5S duties
• Hand assembly
