Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable working vehicle for occasional errands or material pickups (mileage reimbursement provided).
- No criminal history; must pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills for operating design software (experience in graphic production a plus; training provided).

Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment such as printers, cutters, laminators, and routers to produce signs, banners, decals, and other visual products.
- Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and assembling components to meet design specifications.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and durability.
- Collaborate with designers, sales team, and installers to fulfill client orders efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and organize the production area for optimal workflow.
- Assist with packaging and shipping completed products, ensuring safe handling.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
- Contribute to team huddles, sharing ideas for process improvements and supporting colleagues.
